Ever want to make your own yogurt at home? It’s easy and allows you more choices over flavor profile, ingredient source, batch size, and more. Plus, you can finally stop guiltily hoarding a pile of plastic yogurt tubs.
We’ll go over basic concepts in fermentation and incubation, equipment, and tips for troubleshooting your yogurt when it’s not turning out right. The same process can be applied to making vegan yogurts.
